Rainbow Refugee helps LGBTQ+ refugees fleeing life-threatening persecution resettle in Canada. Since 2017 Michael has been helping the society set up functional committees of the board, assist with Government Relations and issues management and guide strategic planning to develop internal governance, administrative systems and policies. From February of 2019 to February 2021, he provided day to day management of the society’s operations.
